본 이용약관(“약관”)은 개인 개발자 KJMoon(“개발자”)이 제공하는 iOS 앱 및 Safari 확장 프로그램 Scrolly(“앱”)의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
개발자는 귀하에게 다음 조건 하에 앱의 비독점적, 양도 불가, 개인 사용 라이선스를 부여합니다.
Scrolly는 Apple Safari 브라우저 내 웹페이지를 자동으로 스크롤하는 Safari 확장 프로그램입니다. 앱은 현재 열린 웹페이지에만 접근하며, 사용자의 명시적 요청에 의해서만 동작합니다.
귀하는 다음 사항에 동의합니다.
앱 및 모든 관련 콘텐츠(코드, 디자인, 로고 포함)의 지식재산권은 개발자에게 귀속됩니다. 본 약관은 이러한 지식재산권을 귀하에게 이전하지 않습니다.
개발자는 사전 통지 없이 앱의 기능을 추가, 변경, 또는 제거할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 App Store 업데이트 노트를 통해 공지합니다.
개발자는 언제든지 앱의 제공을 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 유료로 구매한 사용자에 대한 환불은 Apple App Store 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
앱은 “있는 그대로(AS IS)” 제공됩니다. 개발자는 다음 사항에 대해 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 개발자는 앱 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인해 발생하는 어떠한 간접적, 우발적, 특수적, 결과적 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 귀하와 개발자 사이의 계약입니다. Apple Inc.는 본 약관의 당사자가 아니며, 앱에 대한 유지·보수 및 지원 의무가 없습니다. 앱과 관련된 제품 책임 클레임 및 법적 규정 준수 책임은 개발자에게 있습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 발생할 경우 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.
개발자는 본 약관을 수시로 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 이 페이지에 게시한 날로부터 효력이 발생합니다. 지속적인 앱 사용은 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Scrolly (“App”), a Safari Web Extension for iOS developed by KJMoon (“Developer”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the App under the following conditions:
Scrolly is a Safari extension that automatically scrolls web pages within Apple Safari. It accesses only the currently open webpage and operates solely upon the user’s explicit request.
You agree to:
All intellectual property rights in the App and its related content (including code, design, and logo) belong to the Developer. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
The Developer may add, modify, or remove features of the App at any time without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through App Store release notes.
The Developer may discontinue or terminate the App at any time. In such cases, refunds for paid purchases are governed by Apple’s App Store refund policy.
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
These Terms are between you and the Developer only — not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. The Developer is responsible for any product liability claims and legal compliance related to the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
The Developer may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
